Zoning - Rezoning
Rezoning means to change the zoning designation of a particular property. All zoning changes must go through public hearings with the Planning Commission (which makes a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors) and with the Board of Supervisors (which approves or denies a request). The application fee for the process is $500.
