Public Safety Strategic Planning
“During fiscal year 2011 the Department of Public Safety, under the guidance of Director Scott Hechler began a five year strategic planning process. This process will be undertaken in a collaborative manner with representatives of all of the divisions of the Department of Public Safety as well as representatives of the Campbell County volunteer fire and rescue communities. The goal is to develop a mission & vision for the future as well as identify and plan for the appropriate role and structure of the Department of Public Safety, as well as design, prepare and plan for the future of the emergency response system of Campbell County.
