Campbell County Department of Social Services is offering Positive Parenting Classes, facilitated by Mark Yudowitch, beginning on July 9. The classes will be free of charge and are open to all members of the community.

The 2012 Senior Awareness Day will be held for area senior citizens, caregivers, and the public on May 8, 2012 at Timberlake United Methodist Church, 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Campbell County Social Services is sponsoring a Free Children's Book Fair on May 19, 2012, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event will be open to everyone. Donations of new or gently used children's books for the fair would be greatly appreciated.
