CAMPBELL COUNTY SEEKS BRANDING SERVICES AGENCY FOR COMPREHENSIVE COUNTY REBRAND
RUSTBURG, VA: On May 12, 2025, Campbell County placed a Request for Proposals on eVA, Virginia’s procurement platform, for Branding Services with Implementation Plan. Campbell County seeks to engage a marketing firm for branding services for at least one and up to three branding projects. Interested marketing and branding specialist firms may submit their proposals through May 30, 2025 at 2:00pm.
The primary project will be to conduct a comprehensive county branding exercise with an accompanying plan to implement the use of the new brand on a variety of items ranging from highway gateway signage to business cards. This project will result in a cohesive suite of new imagery, logos, and brand messaging to be used by various County departments on marketing materials and on official communication with residents.
The goals of the project include providing cohesive visuals to be used by all county departments so residents immediately recognize governmental communication, instilling a sense of community pride of place, and increasing awareness of Campbell County, Virginia as a desirable destination for visitation, relocation, and business investment.
Development of a clear and unified brand identity for the County is one of the major initiatives outlined in the county's recent Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy, introduced at the Economic Development Summit in January 2025.
Campbell County Public Schools and Campbell County Utilities and Service Authority (CCUSA) may also contract with the offeror for separate branding projects for their organizations.
