CCSO CARE Alert: Sheriff's Office Seeks Public Assistance in Vehicle Theft; Advises Caution

RUSTBURG, VA - The Campbell County Sheriff's Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a stolen vehicle. The vehicle, a 2016 silver Ford Explorer, was taken from the Rainbow Forest area in Timberlake during the early morning hours today.

Below is an actual picture of the stolen vehicle:

We urge residents and visitors in the Yellowstone Dr., Indian Ridge Dr., and Irma Dr. neighborhoods to review any security footage or surveillance footage from overnight that may have captured the theft or the suspect(s).  

As a reminder, please ensure your vehicles are always locked, and do not leave keys, valuables, or firearms inside your vehicles to prevent theft. Your vigilance helps keep our community safe.
