RUSTBURG, VA – The Campbell County Sheriff’s Office is announcing that Arthur Carroll, Jr., who was previously wanted on felony charges in Campbell County and a misdemeanor charge in Bedford County, has been apprehended.

Carroll was arrested in Bedford County and is now in custody.
