Campbell County Sheriff’s Office Seeking Information in Retail Store Breaking & Entering

RUSTBURG, VA —  The Campbell County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) is investigating a commercial breaking and entering that occurred early Sunday morning at a local business.

Just before 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 14, 2025, CCSO deputies responded to an alarm at Max Tobacco & Vape, located at 21430 Timberlake Road in Campbell County. Upon arrival, deputies discovered the glass entrance to the business had been broken and several items were missing from inside the store.

Surveillance footage from the business captured images of the suspect involved in the incident. Those images are being released to the public in hopes of identifying the individual responsible.
