Charging Fees to the Public Via Park Facility Rental

Fees may be charged by a renter to members of the public for participation in a sporting event or for approved vending during a facility rental and/or during the dispatch of a Special Event Permit. Examples include a team fee paid to participate in a volleyball tournament or a fee paid to an approved food vendor for a hotdog. Fees may not be charged for spectators or general entrance to a park or area within a park without written permission from Parks and Recreation personnel.
