Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court

The Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court of the County of Campbell is part of the 24th Judicial District of Virginia.

It handles cases involving

• Delinquents
• Juveniles accused of traffic violations
• Children in need of services or supervision or who have been subjected to abuse or neglect
• Family or household members who have been subjected to abuse
• Adults accused of child abuse or neglect
• Adults involved in matters relative to support, visitation, parentage, or custody of children
• Child abandonment
• Foster care reviews and approval of entrustment agreements
• Court-ordered rehabilitation
• Court consent for certain medical treatments
