RUSTBURG, VA - Rustburg Middle School Construction Crews are slated to begin construction on the sidewalk areas alongside Village Highway on Monday, October 9, 2023.
As a result, those traveling through the area may anticipate some delays due to expected traffic congestion in the work zone. Campbell County Public Schools will reroute parent vehicles and buses to the Carden Lane extension to alleviate some of the traffic in the work zone; however, those who use this section of highway and/or Carden Lane are asked to please be prepared for higher than usual traffic, and plan accordingly.
Construction is scheduled to be completed within two weeks, weather permitting.
