RUSTBURG, VA

The Campbell County Public Library’s events and activities are free and open to the public. All upcoming programs for children, teens, and adults can be found at https://campbellcountylibraries.org. Some are highlighted below:

Babygarten

These free storytimes are held at each Campbell County Public Library location and involve board books, songs, and rhymes that help babies with language acquisition and pre-literacy skills. For ages 0 – 23 months and their caregivers. Registration is required. Go to https://campbellcountylibraries.org/storytimes/ for the locations, dates, and times and for the registration link.

Tot Time

These free storytimes are held at each Campbell County Public Library location and involve board books, songs, and rhymes that help toddlers with language acquisition and pre-literacy skills. For ages 2 – 3 and their caregivers. Registration is required. Go to https://campbellcountylibraries.org/storytimes/ for the locations, dates, and times and for the registration link. 

Storytimes

Swing by for free weekly drop-in Storytimes this winter. Story readings will happen at the beginning and may include books, songs, rhymes, scarves, and more. Craft and play stations will be available after the reading. For ages 3 – 5 and their families, and younger children are welcome, too. Literature Lounge

Rustburg Library

Mondays, Jan. 6 and Feb. 3, 3 – 4 p.m.

Teens can participate in fun, artsy activities after school. Hang out, grab a snack, and let your creativity shine. For ages 12 – 17. This is a free event.

Meet Us in Concord

Calvary Baptist Church, 9388 Village Highway, Concord

Saturday, Jan. 11, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Campbell County Public Library and Campbell County Parks & Rec staff will be on site to bring you a taste of library and recreation programs. Activities include Mini-StoryWalk, yard games, spring events preview, spring youth soccer league registrations, and children’s book checkout.
