[ARCHIVED] Campbell County Sheriff’s Office to Hold Its 2016 Awards Ceremony Jan. 27

The Campbell County Sheriff’s Office will hold its 2016 Awards Ceremony on Friday, Jan. 27, at 2 p.m. in the boardroom of the Haberer Building, located at 47 Courthouse Lane, Rustburg.

The ceremony will recognize outstanding and heroic performance of duty and service by members of the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office in 2016. The Sheriff’s Office has the policy to recognize and commend employees who distinguish themselves through specific acts and/or accomplishments during performance of duty.

Citizens within our community who have assisted the Sheriff’s Office will also be recognized.

The following awards will be presented at the ceremony: Department Commendation Awards, Department Medal of Valor Awards, Department Distinguished Service Awards, Department Meritorious Service Awards, Sheriff’s Lifesaving Award and Citizenship Awards, Years of Service Awards, and recognition for perfect attendance.

Immediately following the ceremony, the Sheriff’s Office is holding a light reception in the multipurpose room of the Haberer Building.
