RUSTBURG, VA - Campbell County Administrative Offices, Campbell County Public Libraries and the Circuit Court Clerk's Office will be closed on Thursday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day.
Offices will reopen at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, July 5.
Vital public safety and law enforcement services will operate normally.
