RUSTBURG, VA - Field visits for Campbell County’s 2027 General Real Estate Reassessment are underway. These are conducted every four years by state law to determine fair market value of land and properties for equitable taxing purposes. Campbell County has contracted with Wampler-Eanes Appraisal Group, LTD to conduct on-site visits of each property in the locality. Reassessment field agents will have easy-to-view identification and their vehicles will be properly marked. Photographs may be taken of some properties; however, no interior inspections are necessary.

Appraisers will also adhere to health and safety measures if encountering any property owners during the reassessment process.
