5. As our elevator is currently out of commission, handicapped accessibility to participate in upcoming Board of Supervisors Meetings and Planning Commission Meetings is being provided via ZOOM. 

   Those with mobility issues who desire to speak directly at these meetings may do so onsite in the Public and Employee Relations Department (1^st Floor Meeting Room, Haberer Building, Rustburg, VA), via a specific ZOOM/chat link. Please complete this form by noon (12 p.m.) on the day of the scheduled meeting if you wish to offer public comments via these special accommodations during the scheduled public comment period(s). 

   If you wish to submit written public comments in advance, you may email them to armitchell@campbellcountyva.gov (for Planning Commission Meetings) and administration@campbellcountyva.gov for (Board of Supervisors Meetings). These likewise should be received by noon (12 p.m.) on the day of the respective meeting. 

   Those wishing to observe public meetings online can find ZOOM (view only) links posted in each meeting agenda.
